i've been sleeping late lately, just that it's either late, or later. ):

been trying really hard to not fall asleep in class, especially English because it's like... you know what i mean, then while watching the really interesting chemistry video i also felt like sleeping.
As well as watching The Core during Geog.

i think it's just so interesting, and stressing the point: it's HOLLYWOOD.
Truly, Hollywood movies are really hollywood.
How can anyone travel to the core without dying!
And what can stand the heat of the core. hahaha.

so interesting, and the plane didn't crash into the man, how possible is that ...
it's so fake sometimes i think it sucks, but geog movies are like quite nice to watch leh, like The Day After Tomorrow.
And i realised Mrs Koh watches movies that nobody has heard of before. lol!

anyway i want to say, stop being such an idiot.

secondly, i want to say, we have tried our best, we've worked so hard.
Not to get this from you. If you don't appreciate, fine. But we didn't need to have that dressing down. Come on, nobody wanted this?
It's not as though we did it on purpose. I know i've tried my best. I really did.
During practice today, my voice was terrible. Once or twice i couldn't get the right pitch from the piano. I couldn't sing properly. I lost my voice halfway, my voice croaked halfway, i did steps wrongly twice, i sang wavering pitch even though it's just one note... everything that could go wrong went wrong. ):

am stressed up like yesterday again.
but i won't break down like i did.

Honestly i was so scared Ms Chye would leave us ): ): ):
i seriously do love ms chye alot, and what will cedar choir become without her!?

Again, it wasn't as good as i'd expected.
But i wouldn't say that i had high expectations cause somehow i just knew how things would turn out.

I only want the best for choir. ):
Must you really do this?

So what, you can just go around telling people what to do but hey, you don't do it yourself.
When everyone else looks at you, what do they see?
What will they say?

Will they follow you?
If they really are going to follow you, then, i'll just say they don't know how to differentiate wrong from right.

You say you have bg, okay, but what i see is a total mess, and it's definitely not what is expected of the choir. ):

You know, how much i love choir and how much choir means to me,
and if you don't want to listen to what i've got to say, then really, forget it.
I honestly think you shouldn't be the one representing the choir, not to mention be THE ONE.

I mean, i know like although i don't have like ballet background, but so?
even though i'm not watching them i know what's wrong.
But what is this, you don't even want to listen to some constructive comments.
And mind you, i am not talking rubbish.
It's just the best for the choir.

Hello! i am like, back from church, caroling, shopping and dinner. (:

Met in PS to buy materials to make the flag etc.
charmaine got lost in the mrt, so eunice went to find her and left me with her heavy bag! lol.
ok anyway we went to carrefour to buy our food for outdoor cooking.
then went to daiso to buy spray paint and paint to do our flag and cape.
after that we went to the basement to buy bubbletea from sweet talk!
lol, so paiseh.

we walked one whole round and couldnt find it.
until we walked to the andersons ice cream and we asked
"do you know where is sweet talk?"
then you know what! the woman was like
"oh, there!"

(it was just beside!!!)

omg, so embarrassing right. hahahaha.

okay anyway after that, we rushed back to school and then it started raining when we reached PP.

So, Beatrice was having hiccups!
and then she passed it to me.
and then she blamed me for passing it back to her :P
then i was walking with Sarah and then we decided to disturb beatrice.
like every minute we were like, 1,2,3 ! then we did the hiccup sound.
hahah then the thing is, beatrice immediatedly hiccupped LOL!

okay, self-amusement, cheap entertainment? hahhaah.
i still remember miss poon saying that we just go poke our friends, it's also like cheap entertainment.

okay then cause we were abit short of materials, me and sarah went to j8 to buy more things like sponge and notebooks and paper etc.

then they told us to buy spray paint cause there's no more left.
so we went around looking for spray paint.
and also went to the provision shop somewhere nearby and bought whistles.
didnt have 12 of the same so the 2 of us "sacrificed" and took the 2 which are different. (cuz it's supposed to be standardized)

ohyea, we were supposed to make the figure of 8 thing, so we used like keyrings and tied them together with i dont know what knot with the twine.
so cool right. :D

so, cause we were like walking all around looking for the spray paint which CANNOT BE FOUND! it was already really late, so siao tian and charmaine told us to like faster go back to school, cause school closes at like 7+pm. so they say meet at pp macs instead. and they brought everything there.
okay so took 13 back and went to pp macs.
did some packing up of the stuff there and we ate ice cream! hahaha.

was talking crap about sarah staying over at my house on tuesday then we go to camp together. haha.
then end up cause we had to do so many things, she suggested staying over on monday! lol.
so called our parents and they allowed. (:

cabbed back, cause we had toooo many things to carry and it was really really late already, around 8+pm so yeah.

stayed up until 2 to wrap notebooks, paint the flag, and complained. (while eating chocolates!)

during this time we kept complaining, why are we doing this for the group?
and we also commented that our group is not very united etc and there's no teamwork!
nobody is willing to spare time just to do this for the group. well except Eunice of course (:
so yar, we were kind of pissed at everyone and just wanted to give up and throw everything to them.

AHEM. but we didn't. instead we slept at 2 just to do it.
then sarah the stupid said we only had like 4 more capes to go, but there were like 7!

sarah said wake up at 9.30 am!
i did, and then i saw her so tired i only woke her up at like 10.

then she ignored me and went back to sleep! hahaha omg.

so i went to do church stuff etc etc then my dog started barking i think around 11 plus.
then sarah woke up (FINALLY)

so we continued doing up our capes and everything.
oh btw, the spray-painted cape was soooooo terrible, me and sarah were so shocked/pissed with those people who did the spray painting, because it turned out so ugly and they still asked us to buy more spray paint.
AND we actually went around bishan (okay not the whole bishan lar!) to find the stupid spray paint.
luckily we didn't buy if not ah, it's like so wasted right! ohmyohmy.
i'd surely have killed them.

anyway painty marker cannot write on black paper!
so we went to j8 again to buy liquid and more stuff.
then we went back.

continued some painting and wrapped the flag, and we used sponge to make foot prints on the flag (: so beautiful eh. :D
okay so we started to sew the cape and put the raffia string inside.
Sarah only left at like 9pm.
and then i went to pack my bag and everything.
slept at 1am, after finishing everything. including church things and packing my room.

today was the day Joel was really sweet remember? hahahaha.

21 nov
Went to school around 7am, and i was like dead tired. the only one from Hawk who was in school wow.
so i continued sewing the capes cause i had no time to continue yesterday, then sarah came and we continued (and complained a little more).
so around 7.30, more people came and they helped.
Miss poon moved us to the courtyard. and we kept moving, but nevermind.
wrote the names on the notebook, wrapped the notebook, tied the figure of 8, gave out capes and notebooks blahblah.
went for warm up, 2 rounds around the school.
after that had some briefing and we left for ccac.
went to our dorms and put our stuff down then assembled outside the dining hall.
had improvised rafting today.

the poles/ whatever you call it dropped on my leg like twice, and then my right leg /right toe that area was soooo painful ):

anyway, tied the barrel to the poles with beatrice and ours was so tight okay!
then sadly the other 2 sides were SO LOOSE omg i tell you i'll just die man.
and we exceeded the time limit alot..

so, put on our PFDs and went for water confidence test.
then went to carry our raft all the way. had quite a hard time.
then mr chan helped us (: so nice.
then after that we managed to let it float and we went up and yeah but only went out a short distance ):
1 barrel was loose, so sad right! then yeah the second time, it dropped out. oh well.

took out everything and brought it back to where it came from.
went to bathe, then had outdoor cooking.

woke up at like 4.45am, and i was yes, dead tired cause me and beatrice same one, couldn't sleep well and had so little sleep! only slept like at 12+. abit mad huh.
then had obs, was super fun! hahaha.
high e and low e as well.

first we had first aid and orienteering.
then we did high elements, i forgot what the different stations were.
anyway, i did one with tricia and everybody was laughing at us cause we were so PRO.
hahaha fell around 3 times total, sometimes me sometimes her, then yeah, this instructor was so strong and nice (lol) and he pulled me up cause like my leg was stuck HAHAH.
and cause i'm like afraid of heights yeah i was trembling LOL.
then okay i know everybody was laughing at us cause we took turns to scream. abit like,

then we had zipline, which was super fun and then we did abseiling.
ohmyyyy i miss these 2! its like so fun. hahaha.
then instructor wayne so mean to mar and our instructors! hahahah.

after this slacked with Lisa oon and she talked about her beloved _ _
then took a picture with her lol, miss poon is so comical.

after that went to bathe and then we had campfire! hahah. it was so fun. (:

instructor ahmad played simon says with us! haha ohman.
super funny la, and then he taught us 2 cheers. the dum dum one and the one about killing chicken.
my favourite cheer man. LOL. then they showed us their version of Linger as well. really nice (:

oh well its true, it will sound nice (:

cleaned toilets and everything today as well. haha. pretty fun i'd say.

anyway split up into the 4 buses and while we were going up, the camelot instructors made "we love you"!! so sweeeeet (:

went to holding site, did reflections and had debrief, and cheered more.

after that, walked with beatrice to the bus stop, and its like a really long journey, plus our stupid heavy bags.
decided not to go home first and we bought bubble tea again, and bought food to eat. haha.
alot of food there! HAHAHA. this is excellent :P
omg i sound like some greedy pig lol anyway, but i love the auntie's fries its so nice! haha.
took 853 until beatrice's house busstop where she waited for 147 with me (: so nice haha.

Had Hawk meeting, and then went for COALs pre-camp briefing today.
then choir.

was kinda fun and yet strict during the briefing, but still, i (L) coals. :D

anyway cause i was late, couldn't join the rest in the dancing ): ): ):
zomgz, but nevermind. Liwenn taught me what i've missed during the 1hour +, and we practiced the dance ourselves like 2 times and i kinda got the hang of it already. (:

during the times i didn't do the 2nd half of the dance i was actually looking at the "behind people", or just the other choir people.

i'm quite disappointed with what they were doing, well maybe not ALL of them, but many of them..

1, just smile will you. (:

4, put your heart into the song, and you'll truly enjoy it. it's nice, and i think the singing has been improving (:

am very traumatised by beetles. and insects. omg!

i dont know why the stupid beetle chased me all around my house. it just kept following me.

second, nobody actually looks terrible because of their face, which is what they are born as. however people can make themselves look terrible. it only matters to what extent. Like your school uniform : folded skirts and untucked shirts - do you think they look nice? not at all! 1, is it even that difficult to just tuck in your shirt, it's not as though we make you tuck it in all the way. it's understandable if your shirt gets untucked after say PE lessons, but also you have to ensure you tuck it in again afterwards. but now , not only you don't go around in untucked shirts after having pe lessons, you do not even tuck it in in the first place!
2nd, seriously, you are a senior. you have to make sure you're a good role model to the sec ones.
anyway, of course there is no improvement in our friendship. nobody made the effort to make things better. obviously if you just sit there and not do anything, nothing will happen, right? well, we once said we'll talk things out right? i guess we'll put that off. i'm not prepared physically nor mentally to be good friends with you ever again. even though i agreed to talk it out with you, i have already told myself that i want to settle this but i decided i couldn't bring myself to just have the same friendship as we did previously. it's true we're taught to accept each other, but i just cannot make myself accept what you are doing. i truly think it's a bad influence to me, and i am, afterall i'm very easily influenced.

For one, i did NOT in any point say i'm holy.

who am i to say that i am even one bit of holy? am i not human like all of you, one so imperfect?
I do know that i have my flaws, my bad points, and that i was never perfect, am not perfect, and never will be perfect. For the only one who is truly perfect and holy is God.

Who are we to compare ourselves to God, even though we are all created in His image?

I know i did use vulgarities before. who hasn't? I'm sure everyone has, its just the intensity and extent in which they use vulgarities.

I was really really vulgar in the past. Especially p6 and sec 1. yes i do admit. But God has really changed me, and i'm no more the usual vulgar person you once knew me to be.
(you'll know what i mean if you read my old blog before.)

Looking back and reading those posts, honestly, i was very very shocked that i was even like that.

A Christian, baptised in God's name, so vulgar? Using profanities all day long? Scolding others everyday?

This is NOT Christ-like at all.
In the past, i was childish, i was immature.
I didn't bother even though i was using all those vulgarities.
My parents scolded me for being so vulgar on my blog.
I didn't care, I thought i was right and i got really mad at them.

I just deleted the old blog to make them happy and stop nagging at me / scolding me.
But now i truly understand what they were trying to tell me;
and what God expects of us as Christians.

Because of everyone's sinful nature, and due to all the temptations in the world, it is common for people to use vulgarities. even christians.
But i don't say that christians are totally perfect and do not use vulgarities at all.
Surely there are times where you hear christians using profanities, no?

But my point is, Christians SHOULD have better control of their speech, because God has given them the strength to. If not, at least pray and ask for His forgiveness if you ever used vulgarities. The Lord WILL forgive you. And remember, repentance is the only way to heaven.

I still think christians should be shooting their mouths off, and every word that comes out is vulgarities. But i'm saying, at least try to refrain from using these words.

I'm NOT trying to make everyone be like me. Who ACTUALLY wants to be like me, right?

I can be BHB and saying all those egoistic stuff about myself. you don't have to take them seriously. why not just laugh it off? i'm just kidding about all these things.
When i say i'm the most chio person ever, i don't mean it. for i know i am not.
If i say that i'm the best, i don't mean it. i know i am not. for there are always others who are better than me.
I have never once thought that i was way better than others, and that everyone looked up to me, respected me, and i'm everyone's idol.

i have NEVER said that or even thought of things this way. Although when i'm being BHB you can link it to me not being humble, it's absolutely fine with me.
Anyway,
If you don't like me being bhb, then why not just shut off when i'm being bhb? If you can't take jokes unlike the others, it's also fine with me, because i know everyone is different.

You may say i'm nosey and it's none of my business. However i really feel that because you, being a christian, we are actually sisters in Christ.
And of course if my fellow sister in Christ is doing something i think that she should not be doing, or at least i feel that she should not be doing this, i will definitely tell her and try my best to help her. But in the end the decision is still in her hands. Whether she listens or not, is entirely up to her. Because the one who has absolute control over her life is not me, but rather, God, and herself. Who am i in comparison to God?
He is the one who created you and gave you life to let you enter this world. Is this how you should be living your life? Is this how HE wants you to be living your life?
I know and i believe that God's purpose will be fulfilled. It is only a matter of when. Well, you always hear: Slowly, but SURELY.

Charis. About your friendster and photo-taking, i have seen them a long time ago. I've asked around, my bible study youth leader etc and they all did tell me that i should talk to you.
I've actually long wanted to tell you but for some period of time i somehow decided not to. So well, i left this problem on the shelf. but then again i went to your friendster and i didn't really see a change. i decided not to tell you again. This happened many times i can tell you. But on 27 August ( as you can see the date of my tag) i just decided to tell you.
I didn't scold you. I didn't critisize you. I didn't judge you.
I just told you what i thought and how i felt in a nice tone, and i approached it with an attitude that you were my really close friend.

To tell you honestly when i saw that you were doing this, and i read your blog posts, and the language you used.. I admit i was once vulgar. I did stupid things. But now God has changed me. But you weren't like that. But why have you changed to become as such?
I was thinking, i don't want to be your friend anymore. i don't know you at all. Many times i regret even knowing you. Why is this so? I agree too that it is a pity that we just fall out like that after a considerably long time of being such good friends.

I really treasured the fact that God has brought you into my life, because whenever i talk to you about my problems you'll be able to comfort me, with the help of God's word. When i used vulgarities you told me not to. I really appreciate the fact that in the midst of a non-christian school, i could actually find a good friend- a christian at that whom i can share my problems with and she is actually.. a good influence. You did create an impact in my life. And i really had a good impression of you.

But this thing alone has destroyed everything. In fact it is not just one thing. I know we have fallen out many times, but truthfully i do not remember the cause. But this is one thing that i cannot ever forget.

To me it is terribly shocking to see a christian taking such photos in these suggestive postures, poses and these kind of shabby dressing. And for your information, i did NOT say that you were naked. and of course, i can clearly see that you were actually dressed.

But the main point is, what are you wearing??? In those pictures, they are so revealing, and so.. little/minimal. Not once did i mention that you were NAKED. If you really were naked, i would be so utterly disappointed and not even bother telling you all this.

My point in telling you/ tagging on your blog is just to tell you how i feel and maybe it might wake you up and get you to come to your senses. I knew you would be unhappy with what i said. Well since you treat it as criticism, i would say that it is constructive criticism.

I could very well just continue/be sarcastic to you like going, " oh so sexy ! ssss sizzling hot."

And btw, you said you know your limits. i really doubt so though. If not, your limits must be really.... i also don't know how i can describe it.

Anyway i don't see the point of you getting pissed at me for no rhyme or reason. But think about it, would i be pissed at you as well???? Seriously here i am trying to help you and there you are going i'm pissed at you. urgh, fine if this is what i get for helping you then i would very much rather not help you at all??? It's really tiring for me do you know. Its so emotionally draining and physically draining. I am NOT exaggerating for goodness sake. I suppose its just because you're being the usual and taking others for granted. Fine with me. The world's full of such people.

I've come to realise that i've been rather stupid and i have really been too nice to you. (i'm not being bhb here mind you) Seriously, think about it. You have been taking advantage of me time and again, no?

And why bother to act unfriendly? if you really want to be unfriendly towards me its absolutely fine as well, because i know very well what i'm doing- and that i'm daoing you. i don't know why but i know that i am pretending that i don't see you at all.
You've become a bad influence. come on.

oh btw, i saw new pictures?? what kind of image are you portraying as a christian?
Are you even being Christ-like? I don't sense any christian values in you. all i see is hypocrisy and whatevernots. then again, what's up with the vulgarities? you can just say that you weren't naked. must you say you weren't bloody naked? i see no point in adding in that word. Its not even like some good vocab to add to your sentence to make it more high class and make you seem smarter and have a good hold of your English language.

Well once again I reiterate that i am NOT lecturing you. and i'm not hiding anything from my parents. they do know what's going on. Please find out what is going on before you say anything. it causes misunderstandings.

Oh in case you didn't know, when you cut yourself ( according to you its... in other terms.. for experimental purposes???) i wrote you a letter. But seeing we were not exactly on good terms i decided not to give it you because i actually feared it would make everything worse. But i guess.. i don't know why, but it doesn't matter to me anymore.

But WHATEVER IT IS, i know that God will do something so yea i'm leaving it to you and to him.

p/s: speaking about patching up???? We'll see how it goes? oh well you can always tell me why you acted unfriendly, even if we dont get to patch up.

p/p/s : Tuck in your shirt( at least your choir tee) because as a senior you are supposed to set good examples for your juniors. and kindly refrain from talking too much as well.

Okay, so ND celebrations were super fun. :D
Choir practically screamed their lungs out and everything. hahaha.
So the whole school got all hyper and ENTHU (its enthu, not noisy.) and we sang all the songs so loudly and everything. haha. so i guess the Cedarian culture still stays. yeah man. :D

my throat was hurting after all the loud singing and screaming. and suddenly ppl started doing the yawning thing, i bet those who saw must find us so weird lol.
